Sunday Neighborhood run
Going to break from schedule a little and do a 4 mile run at 11:30 at the pool so we're done before the 1pm 'Fun Run' which will be an additional 2 miles.
See you there!

Persistance pays off!
For two and half months I've been filling out Google's form every two weeks to appeal the taking down of this blog to see if they'd ever put it back. Google finally decided it wasn't in violation of any rules and reinstated us. It's good to be back.
We've knocked out a lot of miles while this blog has been down, but they're just a tiny drop in a bucket compared to what the next 8 months have in store. Doubt me? Look at this plot of the Sunday runs leading up to the Marathon in November:

We're officially done with the 5K training session and start the 5K - 10K training next Sunday The 10K finishes on the 5th of April and from there on out we're in the Marathon training groove.
Let's do some runnin'!
