Wow, somebody was interested. Who knew!?
So about a year I tore up my knee training for a half marathon. The injury sidelined me for about 4 months and I haven't run much at all since then. The initial plan was to start training in January but then I decided to back it up a little further and have some motivation/exercise over the holidays. Then I decided to invite other people to keep myself honest.
There aren't any hard and fast rules and this plan is a suggestion, I'm going to follow it and see what happens and you're welcome to come along too. I am asking that we all leave our egos at home and try to have fun and make ourselves better while encouraging each other.

PS, Here's a tip for simplifying the 'Run for 10-15 minute' episodes. Just pick a direction and run for half your assigned time then turn around and head back!
